- Provide feedback and insights from campaign results: Analyze marketing campaigns and their outcomes, generate reports, and offer valuable insights to enhance marketing strategies and improve future campaigns.
- Sales and Marketing Coordinator
- Maintain multiple websites: Regularly update and manage the content, design, and functionality of PGi’s websites to ensure they are current, user-friendly, and aligned with the company’s brand guidelines.
- Manage events and trade shows: Coordinate logistics, plan and execute corporate events, trade shows, and conferences, including booth setup, promotional materials, and coordinating with vendors and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain media contacts: Cultivate relationships with relevant media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure media coverage and PR opportunities for PGi, enhancing the company’s brand visibility.
- Develop and manage company lead generation campaigns: Design and implement effective lead generation strategies, utilizing various channels such as email marketing, content marketing, SEO, and PPC advertising to generate high-quality leads for the sales team.
- Organize and help manage appointments with prospects for Sales Executives: Collaborate with the sales team to schedule and coordinate appointments or demos with potential clients, ensuring smooth communication and maximizing sales opportunities
Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of the B2B sales
- Strong writing and communication
- Web designing and graphic design
- 2 years experience
- Knowledge of the B2B sales and marketing process and campaign management.
