Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, ensuring accurate message-taking when necessary.
- Respond to emails and correspondence promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain both digital and hard copy files and records in an organized manner.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings seamlessly.
- Prepare and edit various documents, including correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in project management tasks, involving research and coordination efforts.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment, placing orders as required.
- Undertake additional related duties as assigned.
