This opportunity involves working as a Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Merchandiser in nearby grocery stores, ensuring that our clients’ Coca-Cola Canada Bottling products are consistently stocked and accessible to consumers.
Responsibilities for Part Time jobs in Canada:
1. Ensure continuous product availability in store racks.
2. Construct, modify, or remove product displays while adhering to company standards. This includes maintaining product signage, cleaning product spaces, and addressing damaged or defective items.
3. Lift, transport, and place products (up to 50 lbs or 22 kgs) above shoulder height independently. Execute repetitive actions, including kneeling, squatting, and reaching above the head.
4. Effectively oversee the backroom through tasks such as arranging stock, tracking inventory levels, providing inventory updates, assessing and handling damaged products, repacking items, and arranging backroom materials (e.g., pallets, product shelves). Ensure all necessary paperwork is accurately completed.
5. Adhere to all policies related to backroom, display floor, replenishment, equipment usage, and safety outlined by Coke Canada Bottling and the store.
6. Maintain a tidy and orderly work area in compliance with company safety and sanitation requirements.
7. Cultivate professional relationships with co-workers and customers.
8. Show proficiency in operating manual and powered equipment (like a pallet jack or hand-truck) to push and pull product loads for at least 100 yards independently.
9. Exhibit proficiency in repetitively grasping and manipulating objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.

Qualifications for Part Time jobs in Canada:
1. Must possess a personal vehicle for use during working hours.
2. A valid driver’s license with a clean record, free from major violations in the past three (3) years.
3. Desirable: Possess one (1) year of prior experience in grocery, retail, warehousing, or a closely related field.
4. Preferred: Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks.
